Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill appears to be back on board with wanting to leave town.

Hill previously caused a lot of issues within his team after he publicly stated he wanted out.

The Miami Dolphins star wide receiver made headlines following the conclusion of the 2024 season. In the final game, Hill quit on his team and then told reporters that he wanted to be “gone” and was “opening the door” to being traded.

Hill had time to think about it, indicated he wanted to stay with the team, and revealed his comments were motivated by frustration with the season’s progress.

It appears he is back to being frustrated.

The Miami Dolphins star wide receiver didn’t use any words, only emojis, to send shockwaves through the NFL on Sunday.

Tyreek Hill sent out three posts on X total, each pointing to potentially wanting out of town.

The first post was of him putting a smiling emoji over a tweet asking whether Dolphins fans would want to trade Hill. The second post was of him putting up a peace sign on a tweet proclaiming that Hill was the most likely Miami player to be traded on draft night.

Hill capped off the burst with a singular post of his own, containing one more peace sign.

It’s unclear if he wants out or has heard something from inside the Dolphins front office.

Hill, an eight-time Pro Bowler, a five-time All-Pro, and a Super Bowl champion, commented at the end of last season that he wanted out of Miami.

He apologized, only for him to kick things off yet again this week.

Last season was the first time he did not surpass 1,000 receiving yards in four years, and the Dolphins did not make the playoffs for the first time since Hill arrived.

The team may be forced to part ways with him sooner rather than later.

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is going to be out of action for a while.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Hill underwent surgery to repair ligament damage in his wrist, head coach Mike McDaniel announced Tuesday.

McDaniels added that Hill will be out for most of the offseason as he recovers.

He further stated that, per NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe, the plan is for Hill to resume catching drills near the start of training camp.

The eight-time Pro Bowler went viral this week, showing a video on social media earlier this week where you could not only see his new haircut but also a cast on his left wrist.

Tyreek Hill battled a wrist injury for much of the 2024 season but appeared in all 17 games. It still wasn’t enough to help the Dolphins into the playoffs.

Last season, Hill had 81 receptions for 959 yards and six touchdowns. Those numbers were his lowest marks since 2019.

No word has been stated on whether the five-time first-team All-Pro will still compete in a race against Olympic gold medalist Noah Lyles.

Tyreek recently expressed a desire to remain with Miami after previously suggesting he wanted to be traded following the 2024 campaign.

The 30-year-old apologized for his past comments as he cited frustration with how the season went. Hill missed the playoffs for the first time in his career.

The Dolphins finished with a record 8-9.

NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported Sunday that the Dolphins “do not plan to trade” Hill this offseason.

“It’s early; it’s always possible somebody makes the type of offer they can’t refuse, but it sounds like right now everything is tracking toward the Cheetah staying in South Beach,” he added.
