Kay Adams records a poolside video.

Kay Adams is taking a well-deserved break this Friday after covering the NFLPA Classic at El Camaleón Golf Course in Mexico.

During the final round of the NFLPA Classic, Adams was struck by an inadvertent drive from Ka’imi Fairbairn. Although she wasn’t happy about it, she did receive a gift from the Houston Texans kicker.

“I talked to him after and gave him a lot of grief for it,” Adams said on her FanDuel TV show. “It’s just hilarious. Of course that would happen to me. By the way – the rizz on this guy, unbelievable. He comes over and gives me a glove that says, ‘Help me out next time.’ He was joking with me that I could’ve helped him push it towards the hole. I don’t even know.”

Thankfully, Adams didn’t suffer any injuries from Fairbairn’s errant tee shot.

Fast forward to Friday afternoon, and Adams shared a video of her enjoying food while lounging by a pool at Rosewood Mayakoba.

“I cannot explain to you how fast I ran to my favorite place in all of Mayakoba to get my favorite treat that I crave,” Adams said in the video.

This video from Adams received countless comments in just a few minutes.

Since it’ll be a while until the NFL is back in the spotlight, Adams is finding other ways to generate content.

Adams, 38, has been a fan favorite in the NFL community since her run on Good Morning Football from 2016-2022. That won’t change anytime soon.

NFL fans should expect to see the Chicago native back on Up & Adams next month.
