Hailey Van Lith is one of the top players in college basketball right now. So far, she and her TCU Horned Frogs are set to head to the Elite Eight on Monday to take on the number one-ranked Texas Longhorns.

She played a massive role in Saturday’s Horned Frogs win. The guard played 39 minutes against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish while putting up 26 points, nine rebounds, and four assists in the team’s 71-62 victory.

That win over the Fighting Irish etched the guard’s name into the history books. She became the first female or male player in NCAA history to lead three teams to the Elite Eight. She also earlier led the LSU Tigers and the Louisville Cardinals to the Elite Eight.

A post from ESPN revealed the news, saying in the caption that the TCU star “is the only player to lead THREE different schools to the Elite Eight in NCAA history (men’s or women’s).” Fans were all over the news.

She is seemingly going to be one of the top prospects when she is inevitably taken in the WNBA Draft, and it will be very fun when she goes up against some of the top talents in the league. For now, fans must settle for the entertainment as she attempts to win the NCAA championship.
